Shipping and returns

• Orders under £200 - £4.95
• Free UK shipping on all orders over £200.
• Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 working days.
• Once shipped your order will arrive the next working day.
• Please note items are tracked and will require a signature upon delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We don't currently ship outside of the UK via online purchases, but please do get in touch via email and we can see what we can do. 

RETURNS

We hope that you are happy with your jewellery, but if it’s not quite right and you wish to return it then you can do so.

• Please return your jewellery within 2 weeks of receiving it.
• Please be aware that for hygiene reasons earrings are non-returnable.
• In order to start the return process, please email us at hello@cupiob.com with your order number and we will send you a return address
• We can only accept returns on items that are unworn, in the condition they were received in and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility. We recommend sending via recorded delivery as we can't be liable if anything goes missing during transit.
